1. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
At Ancient Wisdom, we understand that plans can change.
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for dispatch, whichever comes first.
- Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at ancientwisdomhairskincare@gmail.com with your Order ID and Reason for Cancellation.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process a refund (if applicable) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellations After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, no cancellation, modification, or refund is possible.
Please ensure all details, including shipping address and products, are correct before confirming your purchase.
3. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order:
- The order will be marked as undeliverable by the courier.
- Reshipment may incur additional delivery charges.
- Refunds will not be issued for refused or unaccepted deliveries.
4. Order Delays or Stock Issues
In rare cases of stock unavailability or unforeseen delays, Ancient Wisdom reserves the right to cancel the order from our end.
If this occurs, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Approved cancellations and refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
