Take a cup of Milk, add a couple crushed cardamom, add a pinch of black pepper and allow it to boil a couple times. Add honey if you like. Transfer to a cup and sip it slowly before going to bed.
Do this for a week and observe the change in sleep, severity of cold symptoms and overall health. Continue this till the time you have got rid of your cold symptoms completely. Discontinue and start gain after a gap of a week at least. As with any new thing you try, observe for any negative responses and stop immediately if your body is not accepting it in the first two attempts.
